This Privacy Policy explains how LUMI UNI ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the Kegel Exercise mobile application (the "App"), a wellness app offering pelvic-floor and Kegel training, guided exercise and meditation sessions, personal progress tracking, and an in-app AI health assistant. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use.

The App relates to intimate and reproductive wellness (pelvic-floor training, postpartum and pre/post-birth context, and health topics you may raise with the AI assistant). Any health-related details you choose to provide are used solely to operate the features you request. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it to target advertising. You can avoid providing such details by not entering them or not using the assistant, and you can delete your data as described in Section 10.
When you use the in-app assistant, the text, photos or documents you submit — together with your app language — are transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/WSS) to our backend, which generates and streams a response back to you. This feature is optional and only runs when you actively open the assistant and send a message. Please avoid sending information you do not want processed. We retain conversations to display your history and to operate and improve the feature; you can delete them by deleting your account (Section 10).
We use the following providers, who process limited data on our behalf for analytics, diagnostics, and marketing attribution:
We do not sell your personal data. Marketing-attribution and advertising identifiers are used only when permitted by your App Tracking Transparency choice, which you can change any time in iOS Settings. Health-related and assistant content is never shared with these providers for advertising.
We may disclose information: to the service providers above strictly to operate the App; to comply with law, legal process or valid governmental requests; to protect our rights, safety and property or those of users; and in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this Policy.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/WSS). Some data is stored on your device (local database and app preferences) and some on our backend. We keep information for as long as needed to provide the App and for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location (including under the GDPR and applicable U.S. state privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. In particular:

The App is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, whose data-protection laws may differ. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
The App and its content may reference third-party services (for example, Apple for purchases). Those services are governed by their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date, and continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
