These Terms of Use ("Terms") form an agreement between you and LUMI UNI ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Kegel Exercise mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is intended for adults (18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement. The App is not directed to children.
The App provides pelvic-floor and Kegel training programs, guided fitness exercise sessions, meditation and relaxation audio, personal progress tracking, and an in-app AI assistant that answers wellness-related questions. Some features require an active subscription.
Not medical advice. The App and the AI assistant provide general wellness information only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition, and especially before starting any exercise program, including during pregnancy or the postpartum period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The App creates a silent, anonymous account tied to your device so you can use its features without registration. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your device. You may delete your account and associated data from within the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not, and may not permit others to: copy, modify or create derivative works of the App; reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble it except as permitted by law; rent, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit it; scrape or bulk-extract its content; or remove any proprietary notices.
The App and all of its content, design, text, graphics, audio and software are owned by LUMI UNI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the license above, no rights are transferred to you.
You are responsible for the text, photos and documents you submit to the App (including the AI assistant). You must have the right to submit such content, and it must not be unlawful, infringing or harmful. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate the features you use. Do not submit content you do not want processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use the App to: violate any law or third-party right; upload malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with the App's operation; or misuse the AI assistant to generate unlawful, harmful or abusive content.
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions (for example, weekly, monthly and yearly plans; certain plans may include a free trial). Purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account.
Responses from the in-app assistant are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. They are provided for general information only and are not professional, medical or legal advice. You are responsible for how you use any AI-generated output.
We strive to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may depend on your device, network and third-party services, and may change or be discontinued.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LUMI UNI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including export-control and local content restrictions.
These Terms are between you and LUMI UNI, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In case of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the App. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. You and LUMI UNI will attempt to resolve any dispute informally first by contacting info.help@lumiuni.pro. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the venue determined thereunder.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
